They made him and they killed him

A long journey started in jihad and ended with his death in his own home. This is a summary of the life of bin Laden. President Barrack Obama being the beneficiary of the entire operation, as he will gain support for his run up for presidency of America re-election, remove doubts over his weakness associated with his image and the equivocation about his birthplace whereabouts. In other words, he used the most important event at the right time for his favor.
The operation, as described by America, was carried out following the CIA monitoring of the movements of bin Laden. Troops executed the storming and killing operation in science fiction movie style. Pakistan being the biggest loser as roamers spreading about lack of confidence in dealing with America or the completion of the operation without being pre notified. Either way, the operation will raise question marks among the military and intelligence bodies. While the civil society on the other hand is hostile to America, compassionate with bin Laden and that makes the situation worse for the country.
Bin Laden will be seen as a great leader by his followers who have been placed in the spotlight by the greatest country in the world. but they forget that it was made by America when he was supported by America and its allies during the Afghan—Soviet war, prior to the strategic aliens turns to hostility leading to September 11 incidents which led to the destruction of the American twin towers that killed over three thousand Americans and other nationalities. In the climate of these events, the major international society members tend to forget that destruction, killing and displacement of Muslims perpetrated by Al-Qaida are far more than that in America, which is an equation under estimated by major powers as collateral damage when they see killing of Muslims as collateral damage, merely a sectarian killing or just a conflict between extremists and moderates.
Defiantly the loss of an influential figure in the weight of bin Laden will spark conflict among leadership as who should succeed him within al-Qaeda. Sub-groups, although not fully controlled by bin laden directions, will tend to receive orders to retaliate from commanders lacking authority from bin Laden. This will in the future, create a vacuum and cast complications on Al-Qaeda and Taliban operations. If Taliban should have had an independent command, it would have lost a corner stone in support, participation and political coordination in the field.
Muslims are naturally passionate, and leadership often plays an absolute paternity role in any family. The psychological factor will play an important role in undermining the unity of the region and its roles in the future.
The Arab world has been al-Qaeda confrontation field and it has tried to establish starting points for their leaders and centers from within the Arab world whereas, Pakistan and Afghanistan remain center for planning and operations management. The killing of Al-Qaeda leader will remove the nightmare of the region, but the remaining sleeping and functional factions will be monitored and followed-up. Their influence may be reduced in a scenario similar to the killing of Abu Musaab al-Zarqawi in Iraq which resulted in al Qaeda influence greatly reduced with the sub-parties executing the operations and gradually retrogressed and diminished.
