Is it the end of the domination era?!

Who is burdened by the other? Is it the advanced world symbolized by America and Europe? Or it is the third world that is claimed to be backward and incapable of meeting its needs and creating democratic regimes to achieve justice and freedom to a world that has backwardness as part of its ethnical structure.
Who occupied, sacked, and causes wars to be, and still chased by history? Because future acts cannot be brought down by the necessities of the present, the military occupation left from the big gate because of the pressure of the nations. However, it returned from the back door by instilling the whites as rulers over the majority of the blacks, and by opening the door for those ignorant officers who hold no qualifications other than the instinct of obedience to an eastern or a western system. And Thus, keeping the third world suffering for more than a century from plundering and the opening of their markets for the products of the victors rather than the vanquished.
The dominating countries came out with the philosophy of "force" by sending out their armies under the claim of rescuing people. However, what they did was destroying most countries in the African and Latin American continents, and making Iraq a an experiment field for the depleted uranium weapon which, unless its symptoms appeared on the soldiers of the coalition countries, would have remained a secret of the cases of destruction of nature and human in Iraq. The sole case that can be considered as a military rescue is what happened in the Balkans, which was not intended to save the Muslims, but rather to prevent any part in Europe from becoming a field of conflicts and civil wars.
Whilst instilling those military dictatorships which are fully loyal and obedient to the two masters; the American and the European, they helped founding the main base of terrorists who had been used as a weapon by the Americas in Afghanistan versus the Soviet. Thereafter, yesterdays' friend and the U.S ally happened to be stroke by 9/11 event. And instead of qualifying nations, similarly to what was left after the Soviet Union is gone, or those to whom America had set Marshall Plan, the biggest concern had become how to keep those nations absent from demanding their rights, and how to turn their regions into political and military experiments fields.
The world has never been a burden on any one's shoulders; all continents were either prosperous or capable of securing their decent living before the invention of gunpowder and then the developed weapons which were the reason behind the occupation of most countries in the world, and the most infamous curses of the history of mankind and cultural occupation. This is apparent in the fact that the entire South America speaks, writes, and learns Spanish and Portuguese. The same thing applies to Asia and Africa as well. North America even had its distinct identity before the European settlement. Now, these continents had forcedly to give up their languages in favor of English and French.
And by the end of the day, it is the third world who was plagued by the western-American domination – while it is worth remembering how the Soviet Union disfigured religions, nationalities and national identities by imposing the communist ideology and the Russian language from which every country of the late union is still suffering.
After all, the philosophy of force, either physical or cultural, and the domination of economy are the tools caused the separation between a southern backward world and another developed one on the cost of those nations. We can see how the NATO horrifyingly moved because of the shift of Asia from dependency to competition. And the last fear is to see Arabic democracies breaking from the mandates of other countries.
