Who is covering the stolen money?

Europe and America are the leaders of international corrupted regimes. It was not satisfied by colonization or stealing people fortunes, but also it turned them to be flock in its economy activities and slaves to their security departments and factories, and then claim ideals that are not applied except for their entities with democracy, freedom and different laws. They adopt the military dictatorship in the Arab World and the Continents of the Third World. Thereupon, it started the political hypocrisy to their government and media by showing that those peoples have not the excellence of Europe and North America, although the differences created by those countries to prove their excellence were denied shortly when Asia jumped to be the continent of power and future.
They are not satisfied with making laws, instigating culture erasing and despising species but also they are moving their armed machines anytime on the pretense that they are protecting the world security. The proof is the Security Council in which the majority of members are those countries which allow them to control the politics and impose economical punishments against the opposing countries.
The money of the Third World was smuggled by leaders assigned by America and Europe which doubled poor people especially in Africa. They become the refuge for billions stolen from peoples and never confess that unless the dictator off the power or the regime declares his hostility against the west.
The Arab revolutions unveiled that money robbers are less offensive than connivance partners. The freezing of former presidents' money caused the quick response of those countries to show their goodwill. That's a big lie. These procedures are made because they are afraid of the people who own those documents now. So, it announced the amounts and froze it while the money of other continents is cycling through the economy of countries which claim to the ideal and contribute to the hunger of people.
The West will remain selfish and racist in his fair regimes which do not apply the change because it will oppose its interest that the people turns to be aware of their destiny and manages their interest by a national majority not decisions imposed on the leaders and made the signed deals and waivers according to mutual interests not people rights.
Take look at all political terms from containment to boycott, political vacuum, and power areas to the creative chaos and actions of new governors. The aforementioned are legal colonization means. Even the unipolarity of America transferred the Cold Wars with Soviet Union to lend it to the Islamic world in the name of terrorists fighting. But what is happening regarding the successive revolutions made by Arabs may turn to be a universal phenomenon in the name of freedom. The West (America and Europe) starts to discuss these terms fearing that there will be a new born world not to be tamed or void of its political or economical existence.
