Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has advocated a world based on respect for human life, the environment and religious liberties. "It is of utmost importance for us in today's world to promote such lofty values amongst all civilizations, nations and religions, " he said as he patronized a Sandhurst Royal Military Academy graduation ceremony yesterday. "It is an honor to represent Her Majesty the Queen at this Sovereign's Parade, " he said, describing the event as epitomizing the strong historical relations bonding Bahrain and the UK. The Bahraini King highlighted the values of determination, integrity, and physical and moral courage, which the academy instilled in the graduates. The King's son, Sheikh Khalid, who also graduated, took part in the ceremony, according to a report published today by Gulf Daily News. --MORE
