British Stock Market Closes Lower

The main London Stock Exchange index, the FTSE 100, ended the day's trading lower.
The index - which includes the 100 largest companies in the London Stock Exchange - decreased by 0.12%, equivalent to 9.04 points, to reach the level of 7851.03 points.
