U.S. stocks has surged on Thursday. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 326.15, or 1.25 percent, to 26,362.25.
The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 36.64, or 1.3 percent, to 2,924.58.
The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index rose 116.51, or 1.5 percent, to 7,973.39.
