U.S. stocks rose for a third consecutive session yesterday.
The Dow Jones industrial average rose 213.66, or 0.8 percent, to 25,862.68.
The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 25.36, or 0.9 percent, to 2,876.32.
The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index rose 75.90, or 1 percent, to 7,898.05.
