Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable to Prince Saud Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of State, Cabinet Member, Adviser and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Supervisor of the Foreign Affairs. In the cable, the king noted receiving the request by Prince Saudi Al-Faisal to relieve him of his position due to his health circumstances. The king said the request by Prince Saudi Al-Faisal included feelings of sincere loyalty to his religion, king and homeland. The king hailed Prince Saudi Al-Faisal's services which lasted for 40 years. The king said that accepting the request by Prince Saudi Al-Faisal was one of the most difficult and hard matters but that the king highly appreciates Prince Saudi Al-Faisal's circumstance and feelings. The king added that he responded to the desire of Prince Saudi Al-Faisal and his repeated insistence. The king stressed that Prince Saudi Al-Faisal will be close to him and to the work Prince Saudi Al-Faisal loved and worked hard for.
