Nasir blasts 150 in SAIB T20

RIRADH — Powered by a strokeful 150 by Nasir Sama Steel edged Shuraim in the ongoing SAIB T20 Tournament which is sponsored by The Saudi Investment Bank and organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
Al-Kharaj League
KFSH Blues defeated Lahore Badshah by 39 runs. Batting first, KFSH Blues was bowled out for for 211. Munawar topscored with 68 and Irshad 38. Farman took 3 wickets and Fahad 2. In reply, Lahore Badshah was restricted to 172. Yasir (49) and Fahad (42) batted well. Iftikhar and Jabar shared 3 wickets each while Irshad grabbed 2 wickets.
Shuraim lost to Sama Steel by 8 wickets. Shuraim, batting first, posted 226. Raja and Asif took 4 and 3 wickets, respectively. Sama Steel chased down the big total for the loss of just 2 wickets. Nasir played a blinder of an innings, blasting 150. Ramzan (40), Hashim (35) supported Nasir.
Hayer League
Pak Eagles cruised to victory over FAST by 71 runs. Pak Eagles scored 165 for 9 through Farooq (44) and Shah (31). Salman took 3 wickets and Farman 2. FAST was skittled out for 94 in 16.4 overs. Wahid Ullah grabbed 3 wickets, while Anis and Suleman got 2 each.
TBCC was downed by Punjab Stars by 74 runs. Punjab Stars put on a massive total of 256. Yasif played a brilliant innings of 110. Zaheer made 51 and Sagheer 48. TBCC, in reply, was all out for 182 in 19 overs. Nayeem, Nouman, Zaheer and Sajjad took 2 wickets each.
Punjab Stars lost its second match to Kingdom Warriors by 78 runs. Kingdom Warriors tallied 255 for 5. Shakir (89) and Adil (68) scored fifties. Rustam picked up 2 wickets. Punjab Stars got all out for 177.
Tigers were defeated by Pasban by 8 wickets. Tigers scored 147. Zain, Murad and Noman took 2 wickets each. Pasban won the match in 16.3 overs. Sulaiman (61) and Noman (45) took the team to victory.
Pakhtunkhwa Gladiators won against Lahore Badshah Green by 89 runs. Pakhtunkhwa racked up 181 through Abid (42) and Qasim (39). Wajid and Waseem took 4 and 3 wickets, respectively. Lahore Badshah Green managed only 92. Khurram topscored with 34. Suleman, Riyaz and Islam claimed 2 wickets each.
Indian Strikers thumped Grundfos by 20 runs. Indian Strikers posted 217 for 6. Sunil topscored with 80 and Junais smashed 69. Talal and Shabbar took 3 wickets each. Grundfos socred 197 for 6. Tahir continued his form making 76 and Talal hit 30. Dilip picked up 2 wickets.
Riyadh Royals flattened White Star by 5 wickets. White Star compiled 166. Irshad and Majid picked up 3 wickets each, while Shoaib got 2. Riyadh Royals chased down the target in 17.1 overs. Irshad smashed 53 and Shoaib 27.
Thales crushed Kashmir Strikers by 39 runs. Thales put on 186 for 7. Shahid made 47 and Anwar 24. Shabbir took 4 wickets and Fiazan grabbed 2. Kashmir Strikers were bowled out for 147. Mudasir and Shabir scored 42 and 40, respectively. Rizvi took 4, Waheed 3 and Ubaid 2.
