Landmark Group, the region's leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, is marking the successful first anniversary of its Saudi-based online fast fashion brand STYLI. Featuring over 12,000 ‘on-trend' styles, the online brand focuses on catering to the surging demand for online fashion shopping in Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
In its first year, STYLI welcomed around 250,000 online shoppers and has recorded nearly 500,000 transactions. In terms of the customer demographics, women accounted for 79% of the purchases, with women's clothing as best performing category accounting for 60% of topline. The group's brands include Max, Centrepoint, Home Centre, Lifestyle, and Babyshop,
Renuka Jagtiani, chairwoman & CEO of Landmark Group, said: "Saudi Arabia is an important market for us, and we are extremely pleased to have launched STYLI, our exclusive fast-fashion e-commerce offering first in the KSA market. We are fully aligned with the vision of the leadership of the Kingdom, and the country's commitment to Saudization.
"STYLI brings superior products, fast and reliable services at an exceptional value to the young and mobile savvy consumers of Saudi Arabia and now across GCC. We are extremely encouraged by the positive response the brand has received from its customers over the past year.
"As we celebrate the successful completion of one year of STYLI, we are excited about the brand's future and look forward to delivering even greater value to our customers."
Nirmal Jain, CEO STYLI, said: "At STYLI, we strive to provide a great experience for fashion-seeking, young consumer of Saudi Arabia and the rest of GCC. We offer tremendous value to our customers by offering "on-trend" products at attractive prices and by providing fastest order delivery with localized customer service in KSA.
"In fact, we have an all-Saudi women customer service team in Riyadh and some of our customer service team members have the option of working completely from home to balance work and personal priorities. Today, around 70% of STYLI's customer base is under the age of 25, and we have a very healthy share of repeat customers, which is a strong indicator of positive brand perception.
"As we mark STYLI's first milestone anniversary, we are excited about the year ahead with plans to expand the brand's availability across Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, and Egypt by Q2 2021. We will continue to work towards further strengthening our capabilities to provide more value and better experience for our customers."
Since its inception in Saudi Arabia, STYLI has provided quality fashion at affordable prices and is part of an exclusive group of brands in the region that operate fully out of Riyadh, exporting customer orders to the UAE from the Saudi capital.
Building on the Group's Saudization agenda that aims to aggressively accelerate careers for Saudi women, STYLI has an exclusively Saudi women-centric customer service team, comprising homemakers, who work from the comfort of their homes, enabling them to maintain a good work-life balance.
Customers can browse through STYLI's curated collection of affordable men and women clothing, as well as footwear and accessories, such as handbags and sunglasses that follow the latest fashion trends.
The fast-fashion brand promises to deliver its trendy and quality collections within 24 hours in Riyadh and within 48 hours in Jeddah and Dammam. In addition, it enables easy returns as well as the convenience of choosing to make payments via Apple Pay, Prepaid and Cash on delivery, ensuring a stress-free online shopping experience. — SG
