Top 100 Saudi graduates selected to join BCG Jeel Tamooh 2020 program
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 25 - 02 - 2020

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Tuesday announced the latest edition of Jeel Tamooh, the firm's continued efforts to drive local talent development. The program has been designed to empower the next generation of leaders and offer career development opportunities. The top 100 exceptional talents have been selected from universities in Saudi Arabia to become members of Jeel Tamooh.
"Jeel Tamooh was a tremendous success since its inception, where we have seen the value of investing the time and resources towards enabling Saudi Arabia's future leaders," said Philippe Cornette de Saint Cyr, managing director & partner at BCG. "It goes without saying that the talent of the students enrolled in Jeel Tamooh is best in class, and BCG is committed to sharing industry-leading knowledge to prepare the enrolled students to thrive in a fast-changing world."
The program targets university graduates who combine a passion for knowledge and skills with a good grasp of and aptitude for leadership. The students will attend exclusive seminars and network with accomplished senior leaders at the launch event on March 1 and 2, 2020. The program also incorporates training and activities designed to improve their personal and professional skills. Enrolled students will have the opportunity to explore consulting and develop expertise by entering a fast-track process for Boston Consulting Group's 12-month Business Analyst program.
Last year's program welcomed over 100 candidates, half of which were female. "It was a great privilege to be a part of the prestigious program. The program helped shape my career path and has boosted my confidence in myself and I know that I can achieve great success moving forward. This unique experience was a great opportunity to learn, work, and collaborate with some exceptional thinkers and mentors," said Nuha Alzahrani, a Jeel Tamooh 2019 candidate. — SG
