Maersk Lions, P&IP and Finance score thrilling victories

Maersk Lions, P&IP and Finance scored thrilling wins over their respective opponents in the 4th week matches of the Kanoo Inter Division League.
Finance routs P&IP
P&IP lost openers for no score to Finance bowler Ehtesham in the first over. P&IP struggled thereafter to be bundled out for a paltry 99 in 15 overs. Imtiyaz (11), Liyakat (17), Raju (24) and Fazlullah (16) were the main scorers.Ehtesham, Thabrez and Sami claimed two wickets each. In response, Finance openers Merchant (11) and Thabrez (30) put on 41 runs. Though Finance lost wickets at regular intervals, it achieved the target in 12.4 overs by losing 6 wickets. Raju (3-30), Imtiyaz (2-8) and Fazlullah (1-13) bowled well. Man of the Match: Ehtesham of Finance.
Maersk downs Commercial
Commercial got a good start from openers Hakim (10) and Ashfaq (43) and then Naseef (15), Khaja (12), Irfan (13) and Zaki (13) continued the good work of openers to tally 144 in 15 overs. Maersk Lions Ashfaque (3-28), Asad and Nabil (1 wicket each) bowled well. In reply, Maersk Lions lost openers early but in-form batsman Nawab (59 not out) along with Asad (18) and experienced Ashfaque (47 not out) took the team to 7-wicket win in 14.1 overs. Commercial bowlers Ashfaq (2-34) and Hakim (1-39) did well. Man of the Match: Ashfaque of Maersk Lions.
Maersk sink Travel
Travel began well through Aleem (60 n.o.) and Arif (29) and later Shammi blasted a quick fire 43 to post a mammoth score of 154-2 in 15 overs. In reply, Maersk Lions openers Azeem (64), Kamran (27) gave a good start. They were supported by Ashfaque (11) and Asad (13 not out) to achieve the target in just 13 overs for their second consecutive win. Shammi (2-39) and Ranil (1-27) bowled well. P&IP dumps Commercial
P&IP openers Razi (20) and Imtiyaz (15) made a flying start and later Liyakath (30) accelerated. Ashfaq (2-25), Hakim (2-24) and Shujeeb (1-37) bowled well and were well supported with 4 vital run-outs to restrict P&IP to 136 in 15 overs. In reply, Commercial lost wickets in quick succession but Imran (30 not out) and skipper Irfan (20) kept the scoreboard ticking. However they were unable to withstand the fiery pace of Imtiyaz (3-14), Vasi and Najaf (2 wickets each) and Raju (1-19). Commercial was restricted to 105 in 15 overs.
