FOUR Seasons Hotel Riyadh is thrilled to launch the Indian Food Festival, a special tribute to the finest of the country's dinning and culture experiences that runs from March 26 to April 8 at Elements Restaurant. During the Indian Food Festival, Elements Restaurant will be ‘the' place in town to discover authentic Indian Cuisine, and to ensure the intricacies of the country's cuisine are presented to perfection, Indian chef, Mohammed Bashir will bring his repertoire of experience and skills to Elements kitchen. Along with the culinary team at Elements, he will be preparing a one of a kind daily buffet of different Indian dishes and dessert. Members from the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh management team Naif Al Tamimi, Tony Coveney, Tarek Bekhiet, and Andrea Colla were honored to welcome the Indian Ambassador Ahmad Javed during the opening event of the promotion, which was also attended by distinguished media representatives. Attendees expressed their admiration of unique ambiance and the exquisite Indian dishes prepared, including Indian chicken tandoori, biryani rice, butter chicken and many other Indian main dishes and appetizers, in addition to various dessert selections. Similarly, guests of the Indian promotion at Elements will be assured of a special welcome and cultural atmosphere presented through the restaurant's themed decoration and staff's cultural dress. Likewise, the traditional harmonious Indian music takes them on a unforgettable cultural journey. The promotion will be available every night from 7 p.m. to midnight until April 8.
