Abdul Latif Jameel starts two aftersales campaigns
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 27 - 11 - 2016

ABDUL Latif Jameel/Aftersales kicked off its annual Year-end Campaign, offering highly encouraging prices for maintenance packages geared to meet the scheduled upkeep needs of Abdul Latif Jameel guests. These packages include oil and filter changes, AC filters, tire inspection and replacement and other common maintenance goals. In addition to the Year-end Campaign, Abdul Latif Jameel /Aftersales is inviting new Toyota owners to take advantage of its free 1,000 km inspection service, the 1K Campaign, and enter the drawing for a Camry 2017 and other exciting prizes.
The 1K Campaign bonds Abdul Latif Jameel Motors and new guests as they take together the first step in the joint journey of ownership and maintenance that continues into the ongoing periodic visits celebrated with this year's Year-end Campaign.
"Abdul Latif Jameel Motors constantly strives to assess and meet the aftersales needs of our guests, both new and old," remarked Eng. Munir Khoja, Director of Aftersales Marketing at Abdul Latif Jameel Motors. "Our guests are, by far, our top priority, which is why we have embarked on a number of innovative undertakings that signify our concerted efforts to maintain the highest standards in aftersales services."

Abdul Latif Jameel / Aftersales has also developed a digital portal featuring a user-friendly interface on its social media accounts that allows guests to book appointments, follow up on maintenance schedules and view the status of their service. Moreover, the portal permits guests to interact with the maintenance team and to watch educational and entertaining videos related to aftersales services, in addition to participating in various contests that Abdul Latif Jameel / Aftersales launch every now and then to build awareness of the importance of regular car maintenance and the potential risks of using counterfeit parts.
The renowned relationship between Toyota and Abdul Latif Jameel was established more than half a century ago, and has grown to become one of the remarkable automotive forces in the Kingdom. Abdul Latif Jameel is also one of the largest independent certified Toyota dealers in the world. Under its principle of putting the guest first, and its commitment to achieving excellence in all it has to offer, Abdul Latif Jameel supports the widespread use of Toyota vehicles in the Saudi market through an extensive network of sales and maintenance centers strategically located around the Kingdom to provide peace of mind for their guests, wherever they may be.
