U.S. stocks rose Monday, resuming a rally that began last week.
The Dow Jones industrial average rose 83.28, or 0.3 percent, to 28,907.05.
The broader S&P 500 index rose 22.78, or 0.7 percent, to 3,288.13.
The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index rose 95.07, or 1 percent, to 9,273.93.
