Turkey's unemployment rate rose to 11.3 per cent in August, up from 10.7 per cent the previous month, as the country added 435,000 people to the number of jobless, according to data released Tuesday by government agency Turkstat. The youth unemployment rate also rose slightly to 19.9 per cent, dpa reported.
