RIYADH — Batsmen from different clubs were on fire in the third week of RCL Prince Sultan T20 Cup matches at RCL Complex here.
United-XI got the better of Detecon Rising Stars by 7 wickets. Batting first, Detecon made 165. Umer hit 45, Masood 55 and Nouman 22. Azhar took 4 wickets. In reply, United-XI achieved the total in 16.5 overs. Anwar made 43 and Shakeel 30. Nouman and Zahid took 2 wickets each. Man of the Match. Azhar.
Riyadh Fighters beat Royal Fighters by 6 wickets. Royal Fighters posted 175 as Tawseef scored 61, Ali 42 and Madani K. 23. Taqi took 3 wickets and Yasir 2. Riyadh Fighters reached the target in 15.5 overs. Hameed showed his form with 82 as Imran Younas made 45 and Nusrat 25. Nayaz took 2 wickets. Man of the Match: Hameed.
OSN Warriors downed Shaheen Strikers by 32 runs. OSN Warriors posted 230. Zaheeruddin Khalid smashed a splendid century with 14 boundaries and 4 sixes. Faizan made 26 and Tousif 25. NAZ beat Kokan Green by 52 runs. NAZ etched 210 with Fiaz blasting 94 (7 boundaries) and Atif 55. Naeem, Muzaffar and Faheem took 1 wicket each. Kokan was bowled out for 158. Manoj was the top scorer with 25. Sakil claimed 3 wickets, while Akeel and Asad took 2 each. Man of the Match: Fiaz.
Game Pro beat Sagar by 28 runs. Game Pro posted 211. Imran made 44 and Vimal 92 with 11 boundaries and 3 sixes. Inam claimed 2 wickets. Sagar made 183 and Ziaur Rehman 63. Imran claimed 3 wickets, while Zakariya Hassen and Basheer took 2 each. Man of the Match: Imran.
Pakhtunkhwa beat PTI by 6 wickets. PTI put on 168 with Aziz making 33 and Qasim 21. Arshad claimed 3 wickets, while Zahid and Sher Alam took 2 each. Pakhtunkhwa was home for the loss of 4 wickets in 16.5 overs. Arshad made 29 and Iqbal 21. Khalid scored 68. Qasim claimed 3 wickets. Man of the Match: Arshad.
Insaf edged Pure Health by 46 runs. Insaf made 194 with Ali scoring 95 and Waheed 46. Tabraiz claimed 2 wickets. In reply, Pure Health was bowled out for 148. Suhaib made 27 and Waseem 21. Khalil claimed 3 wickets and Amer 2. Man of the Match: Ali.
Mughal got the better of Riyadh Blues by 6 wickets. Riyadh Blues made 202 as Himayat scored 55 and Shakeel 40. Asghar took 3 wickets and Qasim 2. Mughal achieved the target in 19.1 overs. Zahid blasted 51, Waseem 50, Junaid 25 and Asghar 21. Himayat took 2 wickets. Man of the Match: Asghar. — SG
