2014 phenomenal year for Rolls-Royce in Saudi Arabia
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 07 - 02 - 2015

MOHAMED Yousuf Naghi Motors, the sole authorized dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in KSA, has announced an impressive 23 percent increase in its Rolls-Royce sales in 2014, placing it among the top five biggest selling dealerships for Rolls-Royce globally
Following the recent global announcement that the Middle-East region was Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' second largest market globally, comprising around one-fifth of the company's global volumes throughout 2014, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors has continued to experience a growth in sales over the past few years, contributing to the Middle-East region's phenomenal success and visibility on the marques global network.
Commenting on the announcement, Stavros Paraskevaides, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (BMW Group), said “our undisputed year-on-year growth continued with a triumph in 2014, as the 23 percent growth proves.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are associated with the highest standards of quality, which is not only the case with the actual vehicles, but also the quality of service we offer, ensuring our clients receive the ultimate experience of luxury ownership.
The Saudi market continues to reward our efforts with such impressive results, which drives us forward and makes us aim for new heights in 2015.”
The top growth model in 2014 was the Wraith, as its introduction allowed Rolls-Royce to penetrate a younger category in the market, leveraging the car's sheer power and innovative design, whilst still preserving its traditional splendour.
Designed with the curious, the confident and the bold in mind, the Wraith has attracted a diverse clientele including sports-car enthusiasts looking for a combination of power, style and ultra-luxury.
The launch of the Ghost Series II in the second half of 2014 supported in elevating further the already solid sales of the Ghost Model.
Additionally, the Rolls-Royce Phantom which combines state-of-the-art technology and engineering with timeless contemporary design maintained its position as the company's pinnacle product, with steady sales throughout the year.
In 2014, KSA also welcomed the arrival of a number of exclusive Bespoke Rolls-Royce collections including the Waterspeed Phantom Drophead Coupé and the Phantom Kingdom Edition which was designed specifically for the Saudi market.
These unique vehicles showcase the level of unparalleled, painstaking craftsmanship that is required to bring Bespoke concepts to life and will continue to contribute to Rolls-Royce sustaining its leadership of the industry in the area of individualization further into 2015. — SG
