Al Burj, Chinar, CSG, Kashmir Stags cruise to comfortable wins in Kanoo League

The 27th Kanoo Summer League T15 kicked off in style with 2 weeks matches played at the JCA Complex. There are total 14 teams divided in to 2 Groups of 6 and 7 teams respectively, each team plays the other in round robin format.
The top 4 teams from each group qualifying for quarterfinals to decide winner and runner-up. Following are the participating teams — Al Burj, ARM United, Asfan CC, Center Systems Group (CSG), Chinar, Friends XI, Golden Knights, ICAD, Jeddah Gladiators, Kashmir Stags, Pak Zalmi, Rehab CC and United XI.
Kanoo Summer league is sponsored by Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association under patronage of Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation (SACF).
In Week 1 only one match was played between Al Burj and Rehab CC and it was won by Al Burj chasing target of 155 for 4 in 15 overs ending at 158 for 7 in 13.3 overs to win by 3 wickets with Kamran of Al Burj turning in a fine all round performance (51 runs and 2 for 29).
In Week 2 CSG made short work of ARM United to win by 43 runs, K Chinar thrashed debutants Golden Knights by 33 runs while Kashmir Stags cruised to a 7 wicket win over Rehab CC. Highlights of Week 2 were superb bowling spells by Amir of Chinar (5 for 17) and Adnan of CSG (5 for 17).

Kashmir Stags Beat Rehab CC by 7 wickets
