K Chinar, Pak Zalmi open account in Ace Travel Saudi Cup

K Chinar and Pak Zalmi opened their account with their first points as ARM United, Butt Sports, Deccan Knights, ICAD and Makkah Eagles continued their winning streak with convincing wins while brilliant performances from K Chinar's Nahid Jamal (105 NO) and Riyaz Ahmed (5 for 18) were the highlights of 6th week matches of Ace Travel Saudi Cup sponsored by Ace Travel and organized by JCA under auspices of Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation.
Nahid Jamal splendid unbeaten century (105) and Riyaz Ahmed's superb spell of 5 for 18 led K Chinar to 53 runs win – their first of the league – against Royal Challengers. Pak Zalmi opened their account with a narrow 1 wicket win over Center System in a low scoring tie thanks to Asad's unbeaten 49, which took them across the line, despite Adnan all-round show (38 and 3 for 17) ending up on the losing side.
Deccan Knights win on the last ball was mainly due to fine all-round show by Bilal Mughal – 76 NO and 3 for 31 against CH XI to win by 4 wickets despite Ali Mushtaq all-round show – 64 runs and 3 for 30 going in vain. Makkah Eagles raced to a 5 wicket win over Aces, courtesy Javed, who scored 34 of 11 balls and took 2 for 11 runs. Javed Iqbal (74) and Hafiz Ramza (56) teamed up well to give Butt Sports a 5 wicket win over Kashmir Stags.
A solid knock of 63 by Mohsin Raja and good spell by Farooq (3 for 26) and Waqas (2 for 11) gave ICAD huge 108 runs win and take them to top of Group B standings. Syed Ahmed Quraishi announced his arrival with superb 86 run knock to give ARM United a huge 7 wicket win over Jeddah Gladiators.
K. Chinar beat Royal Challengers by 53 runs
K Chinar 233 for 3 20 overs Nahid 105 NO (41b), Arif 48 NO, Shehzad 2 for 29. Royal Challengers 180 all out Abdul Rahim 71 (47b), Saqib 40, Riyaz Ahmad 5 for 18.
Pak Zalmi beat Center System by 1 wicket
Centre System 101 all out Adnan 38, Abdul Rehman 2 for 1, Sheroz 2 for 13. Pak Zalmi 102 for 9 17.5 overs Asad 49 NO, Adnan 3 for 17, Usman Butt 3 for 29.
Deccan Knights beat CH XI by 4 wickets
CH XI 177 for 5 18 overs Ali Mushtaq 64 (36b), Nasir 27, Bilal Mughal 3 for 31. Deccan Knights 181 for 6 18 overs Bilal Mughal 76 NO (36b), Mazhar 29, Ali Mushtaq 3 for 30, Irfan 2 for 47.
Makkah Eagles beat ACES by 5 wickets
Aces 160 all out 18 overs Bilal Khan 40, Shaad 38, Nawab 3 for 30, Javed 2 for 11. Makkah Eagles 164 for 5 15 overs Asad 49, Javed 34, Shaad 2 for 34
Butt Sports beat Kashmir Stags by 5 wickets

ICAD beat Royal Jurana by 108 runs

ARM United beat Jeddah Gladiators by 7 wickets
