ICAD, M Eagles, R Jurana cruised ahead with convincing wins while solid knocks by Javed (122), Omar (69), Usman (84 NO) Ajaz Amin (71 NO) and fine all-round performances by Malik Ajaz (32 runs, 4 for 26), Bilal Khan (64 runs, 3 for 36), Ijaz (49 runs, 2 for 16) were the highlights of 5th week matches of Ace Travel Saudi Cup sponsored by Ace Travel and organized by JCA under auspices of Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation.
Center Systems Group surprised unbeaten ARM United bundling them out for 136 and then cruised to 10 wickets win thanks to Usman Butt's unbeaten 84. Malik Ajaz (32 & 4 for 26) led Makkah Eagles to 82 runs win over Asfaan CC.
Deccan Knights cruised to an exciting 4 wickets win over Aces on the last ball, thanks to fighting knocks by Bilal Mughal (40) and Sajjad (37) despite fighting all-round show by Bilal Khan (64 & 3 for 36) ending in vain. Ijaz (49 and 2 for 16) gave Royal Jurana solid 69 runs win over Pak Zalmi.
Mohsin Raja knock of 58 of 23 balls along with Tayab and Khalid spell of 3 wickets each gave ICAD 5 wickets win over Royal Challengers. Butt Sports openers Javed Iqbal (122) and Omar Awan (69) solid opening partnership gave them 71 runs win over CH XI despite a quick-fire 55 of 16 balls by Ali Mushtaq ending on losing side. Kashmir Stags cruised to 6 wickets win over Al Burj courtesy Ajaz Amin unbeaten 71 of 44 balls.
Center Systems Group beat ARM United by 10 wickets
ARM united 136 for 8 18 overs Farhad 29NO, Nazeer 24, Gulam Saeed 2 for 16, Saeed 2 for 28. Center Systems Group 138 for no loss 13 overs Usman Butt 84NO (42b), Imran 39NO.
Makkah Eagles beat Asfaan CC by 82 Runs
Makkah Eagles 178 all out 20 overs Malik Ajaz 32, Shehzad Ali Raza 4 for 27, Gaffar 3 for 39. Asfaan CC 96 all out Malik Ajaz 4 for 26, Nawab 2 for 1.
Deccan Knights beat ACES by 4 wickets
Aces 165 for 4 18 overs Bilal Khan 64 (40b), Adeel 37. Deccan Knights 166 for 6 18 overs Bilal Mughal 40, Sajjad 37, Bilal Khan 3 for 36.
Royal Jurana beat Pak Zalmi by 69 Runs
Royal Jurana 177 for 8 18 overs Ijaz 49, Rauf 49, Asad 2 for 15, Abdul Rehman 2 for 25. Pak Zalmi 108 all out Zeeshan 25, Saeed 21, Abrar 3 for 17, Ijaz 2 for 16.
