Jeddah Gladiators, Royal Jurana prevail in MI Memorial League

Jeddah Gladiators, Royal Jurana, ARM United, Al Burj and ACES scored comfortable wins over their respective opponents in the 2nd week matches of the Muhammad Iqbal Memorial T 20 League sponsored by Zultec and organized under the auspices of Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA).
ARM United, Jeddah Gladiators and Aces beat CH XI, Butt Sports and Makkah Eagles respectively by identical margin of 7 wickets, while Al Burj and Royal Jurana beat Makkah Kings and Pak Zalmi by 4 and 3 wickets respectively.
Ali Awam's stylish knock of 68 runs paved the way for ARM United's 7 wickets win over CH XI after Zeeshan and Mansoor picked up 2 wickets a piece to bundle out CH XI for 176.
Fine all-round performance by Raza (73 runs and 2 for 36) gave Jeddah Gladiators a 7 wickets win over Butt Sports despite Omar (84) aggressive knock. Adnan's knock of 83 gave Aces a solid 7 wickets win over Makkah Eagles for whom Malik Ajaz's knock of 76 runs ended up on the losing side.
Solid all-round stint by Waseem (3 for 37 and 35 runs) was the highlight of Royal Jurana's fighting 3 wickets win over Pak Zalmi. Raja Hasan (3 for 31) and Tayab (2 for 24) gave Al Burj 4 wickets win over Makkah Kings, despite tight bowling spell by Kabir (4 for 43), ending in vain.
ARM United beat CH XI by 7 wickets
CH XI 176/10 20 overs (Nasir 38, Bilal 35, Shani 2 for 25, Mansoor 2 for 29). ARM United (177 for 3 15 overs Ali Awam 68, Athar 33).
Jeddah Gladiators beat Butt Sports by 7 wickets
Butt Sports 145 for 7 18 overs (Omer 84, Imran 22, Adeel 3 for 15, Raza 2 for 36). Jeddah Gladiators 146 for 3 17.5 overs (Raza 73, Raja Asif 37, Junaid 2 for 23).
Aces beat vs Makkah Eagles by 7 wickets
Makkah Eagles 177 for 4 18 overs (Malik Ajaz 76, Sageer 49, Bilal 2 for 21). Aces 181 for 3 17 overs (Shad 46, Adnan 83, Hasnain 2 for 35).
Royal Jurana beat Pak Zalmi by 3 wickets
Pak Zalmi 175 all out (Taqi 32, Saeed 32, Waseem 3 for 37, Faraq 3 for 42). Royal Jurana 177 for 7 17.4 overs (Waseem 35, Yaseen 31, Abid 2 for 42, Fida 2 for 46).
Al Burj beat Makkah Kings by 4 Wickets
