JEDDAH — KAIA beat Hyderabad Green by 122 runs, ECU Lines defeated Kashmir XI by 75 runs, Sindh XI downed Ittihad by 50 runs, Reel & Rom prevailed over Al-Khulais by 43 runs and Al-Burj won over Jamoom Fighters by 50 runs in the 8th week matches of the Kanoo Premier Morning League, which is sponsored by Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group and organized by the Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA).
The highlights of this week matches were a fine knock of 148 by Abdul Wahid of KAIA against Hyderabad Green, a quick-fire 107 by Umar Awan of ECU Lines against Kashmir XI and a magical figures of 5-14 with a hat trick by Ashiq Ali of Sindh XI against Ittehad XI.
KAIA beat Hyderabad Green by 122 runs. KAIA 296-9 (Abdul Wahid 148 off 52 balls (4x13, 6x14), Javed 54; Safdar 3 for 50, Saifullah 3 for 54, Zia 2 for 50). Hyderabad Green 174 all out (Asif 32, Waliullah 30, Saifullah 37, Sadiq 21; Waqas 2 for 5, Zeeshan 2 for 19, Shad and Fahad Abdullah one each).
ECU Lines defeated Kashmir XI by 75 runs.
ECU Lines 191-4 (Umar Awan 107 off 39 balls (4x12, 6x5), Junaid 28, Abdul Rahman 16; Danial 3 for 40). Kashmir XI 116 all out (Owais 26; Abdul Rahman 4 for 22, Atif 3 for 28, Tauqir 2 for 30).
Sindh XI downed Ittihad by 50 runs.
