Batsmen outsine bowlers in JCA Div. II

The batsmen had a field day in the 7th week action of JCA Division-II cricket matches here.
Aziziya Boys Cricket Club, Pak Young, Butts Sports and ACC scored convincing wins in the matches organized by Jeddah Cricket Organization (JCA) here.
The first match saw Aziziya Boys Cricket Club beat IBS by 81 runs. Batting first Aziziya piled up a huge total of 225-4 in 18 overs. Ali was the difference as he remained unbeaten on 98. Syed Wasay scored 38 runs and Haroon remained not out on 39. Shakeel claimed two wickets, while Nadeem had one for IBS. In reply the IBS team slumped for a paltry total of 144 to lose the match.
The second match saw Pak Young humble MHA by seven wickets. Taking the strike first MHA scored 166-5. Shad Mohammad made 88 runs, Khaleel 18 not out, Sami 15, Mayraj 12 and Abdul Wahed 10 runs. Munawwar 2-30, Riyaz Shaheen Afridi 2-31 and Fazal Khatak had 1-36 for Pak Young. In reply Pak Young reached the target 170 for the loss of three wickets in 14 overs to win the match. Fakhar hit 90 off 40 balls, Ehsan added 15 and Fazal Khatak 13. Zakir bagged two wickets, while Sami bagged one for MHA.
In another tie Butts Sports scored an 80-run win over Jeddah Challengers. Butt Sports put on a target of 245-4. Abdul Rehman scored 51, Umar 51 not out, Atif 50, while Arsalan remained unbeaten on 33. Rafeeq, Tahir, Faraz and Asad picked up a wicket each. The Jeddah Challengers in reply could manage only 165-9 in 18 overs. Its opener Farhad made 101, Fawaz 17, while there were 21 extras. Zeeshan 5-38 and Abdul Rahman 2-31 were among the wickets.
Another match saw Pak Young beat ACC by 50 runs. Batting first Pak Young piled up a huge total of 225-6 in its quota of 18 overs. Its opener Ihsan was in form as he made a quick-fire 82.
Amanullah added 44 runs, while Fazal Khatak made 31 and Assad 28. Ayub and Abid took two wickets each, while Abdul Rehman bagged one wicket for ACC. In reply ACC could only make 175-9 in 18 overs. Azhar scored 44, Syed Badruddin 38 and Ayub Ikram 32.
Munawwar took four wickets, while Fazal Khatak and Riyaz Bukhari bagged two wickets each for Pak Young.
ACC in another match beat Reel & Rom by six wickets. Reel & Rom batting first scored 198-4 in 18 overs. Rehan hit 59, Jamil 30, Wajid 24, Muneer Ahmed 20, Khurram 22 not out.
Jeff had three wickets while Abid had one. In reply ACC reached the target 199 for the loss of only four wickets. Sohail remained not out on 110, while Abid added 19, Azhar 12 and Tabriz 11. Franky David bagged two wickets, while Khurram and Franky had one wicket each.
