Kabbani XI, Kashmir XI, Pak Crescent, Punjab XI win matches

Kabbani, Pak Crescent and Kashmir XI scored wins in Prince Faisal Cup Cricket Tournament 2011, sponsored by Saudi Cricket Center (SCC) and organized by YACA, here.
In the first match of Division-I, Punjab XI beat Cristal comprehensively by 9 wickets. Cristal, batting first after winning the toss, were bundled out for 154 runs in 19 overs. Abdul Moiz was the top scorer with 48 runs. Mustafa and Rizwan claimed 4 and 3 wickets respectively for Punjab XI.
In reply Punjab XI openers displayed explosive batting and reached their target in 12.2 overs. Shahid scored 68 and was adjudged man of the match. Hassan took 1 wicket for Cristal.
In the second match, Pak Crescent defeated Natpet by 6 wickets. Batting first after winning the toss Natpet scored 121 runs for the loss of 9 wickets with Sharif and Amir scoring 31 and 29 runs respectively. Kamran, Sarfraz and Waseem claimed 2 wickets each.
In reply Pak Crescent reached the target in only 10.2 overs after losing 4 wickets. Saeed played a cameo innings of 54 and was well-supported by Waseem (26 runs) and Nadeem (21 runs). Sattar took 2 wickets for Natpet. Waseem was declared man of the match for his all-round show.
In Division – II, Al-Kabbani beat Pak Green by 9 wickets. Batting first after winning the toss Pak Green scored 147 runs in their allotted overs at the loss of 7 wickets. Adnan was the top scorer with 48 runs. Shahzad and Ehsan took 3 wickets each.
In reply Al-Kabbani batted brilliantly to reach their target in 17 overs losing only 1 wicket. Ehsan played gem of an innings and remained unbeaten on 83 while Imran remained 33 not out. Ehsan was declared man of the match.
In the second match, Kashmir XI beat RC by 11 runs. Batting first after winning the toss Kashmir XI scored 162 runs at the loss of 8 wickets. Khizar scored a brilliant quick fire 55 while Javed Wani scored 30 runs. Erin and Ibrahim grabbed 3 and 2 wickets respectively.
In reply RC was bundled out for 151 runs in the 20th over. For Kashmir XI Lal grabbed 3 wickets while Nasir, Rashid and Javed Mirza took 2 wickets each. Khizar was adjudged man of the match.
