Pak Crescent and Jotun win matches

YANBU: Jotun, Pak Crescent scored wins in Division I of the Prince Faisal Cup Cricket Tournament 2011, sponsored by Saudi Cricket Center (SCC) and organized by YACA, here.
In the first match Jotun beat Natpet by 8 wickets. Batting first after winning the toss Natpet were bowled out for 151 runs in 19.3 overs. Amir was the top scorer with 48 runs while Shabbir and Farooque claimed 4 and 3 wickets respectively.
In reply, Jotun reached their target in 16.2 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Shabbir scored a solid 68 and was adjudged man of the match.
In second match Pak Crescent beat Punjab XI by 27 runs. Put into bat Pak Crescent scored 186 runs in their allotted 20 overs at the loss of 8 wickets. Arif played a blistering knock of 61 runs while Sarfraz scored solid 54 runs. Imran took 3 wickets while Asghar and Rizwan took 2 wickets apiece.
In reply Punjab XI were bundled out on 159 runs in 19.3 overs. Asif Malik was the top scorer with 42 runs while Aquib and Kamran took 3 wickets each. Sarfraz was declared man of the match.
In Division II, Kashmir XI beat Yanbu Youth by 10 runs. Put in to bat Kashmir XI scored 182 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. Javed Wani scored an unbeaten 53 and Zaheer scored 59 runs. Badar and Rauf took a wicket each.
In reply, Yanbu Youth could score only 172 runs in the allotted overs. Bassim played a fine knock of 72 runs and Sudair scored 30. For Kashmir XI captain Javaid Mirza bowled well to claim 2 wickets. Zaheer was adjudged man of the match for his brilliant batting.
In the second Div-II match, Kabbani beat Young Fighters comprehensively by 5 wickets. Batting first after winning the toss Young Fighters were bowled out for 131 runs in 17.3 overs. Naveed played a brilliant knock of 64 runs. For Kabbani Ehsan took 3 wickets while Shahzad and Wasim took 2 wickets a piece.
In reply Kabbani played attacking cricket and reached the target in 16.5 overs at the loss of 5 wickets. Zia, Ishfaq and Naveed took a wicket each. Ehsan was declared man of the match.
