Meet your people as if they are me.
Published in Alriyadh on 28 - 12 - 2013

Had the recommendations and advices of Custodian of the Tow Holy Mosques, King Abdulla, been compatible and harmonious with the behavior of each high official who could manage to apply the real patriotism and humanitarian feeling; we would have been able to terminate all negative aspects and bridge the gap occurred between the citizen and high official, especially the ministers who represent the body in charge of planning and implementation. During the issue of the budget, his word when he was addressing the ministers and other high officials included: "I wish you, please, to meet your nation, whether young or old, as if they are me." This sole sentence confirms that he has burdened all these bodies which are working for serving this homeland, without exempting any one, with all of his responsibilities. However, the achievement is subject to being able to implement such recommendation.
The big father provided enough effort for achieving the result of correct work. Holders of high position and low one are two members in the big community where everyone gives an effort related to his power and role. However, if the bigger one starts to believe that he has got material and moral privileges while he is delinquent in his big mission, his behavior shall be considered as breach of work honesty. Thus, when the negative aspects rise and become more apparent than the negative ones, especially in regard to the citizen's needs of a house, a job, a therapy and a salary that can cover his needs; the image keep being inverted. This means that dereliction remains as the only subject for discussion at all levels in this case due to that the basic needs which have been provided by the state through the massive allocations made the government authorities / entities of ministries, establishments and subsidiary companies the source of disability. The isolation imposed by the high official on himself is the one targeted by King Abdulla's few words which included the national trend and the feeling of duty burden required from everyone.
The talk about the budgets and what is expected from them must touch citizens', of both sexes, private needs. It makes no sense to recognize that the adopted bureaucracy which has no therapy has caused dependence, slow motion and extended procedures to be clear reasons that no one has become able to hide through any means, even if such means included using a microscope.
If the priority is given to the human development which represents the base of economic and social advancement together with the comprehensive role of all citizens; we are facing, then, a poor education. If other ministries are not moving through a speed similar to the one by which they have been provided with the authorities and works speeding recommendations, the GDP shall be transformed to a stoppage of economic wheel and general development movement. This end shall raise complaints and growling which consider that disadvantages are more apparent than advantages. This is what has happened. When every high official puts himself under accountability and asks himself about he has provided and what are the procedures that he delayed; we shall reach the level of bearing the common burdens with no need for a supervisor. However, the image was contrary to the desires of State's high command. When it is realized that the talk about integrity or corruption before some high officials annoy them together with that some of them refused to deal with such corruption; the issue rises from the deep level to the surface and becomes a subject that every citizen talk about. Thus, when Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques hinted in his humanitarian recommendation to the role of high official; he did not abandon the responsibility but has assigned it to the high officials whom he provided with the required trust for bearing it.
