Governor of Qassim Region meets with civil defense personnel

Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim region, met with employees of the Directorate of Civil Defense in the region.
On this occasion, the Governor of Qassim Region delivered a speech in which he praised civil defense men who save lives in emergencies and disaster situations.
