Based "Okaz" pointed out that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques stressed in his speech to the Ulema and Muftis on the importance of their role in the awareness of the Ummah and fighting the perverted thought. It said that this generous call from the Monarch is based on his keenness on not to open the door before those who are not Ulema to publish Fatwas by using the available media organs, reaffirming the importance of "qualifying the Islamic scholars and Muftis as a prerequisite". Okaz concluded its editorial by inquiring about the possibility of legalization and selection of versed Ulema via media organs so that no body could deal with the Fatwa with a lack of responsibility and disregard. --More
