UK names 19 terror plot suspects, freezes assets

Britain on Friday named 19 of the suspects allegedly involved in a plot to blow up transatlantic airliners which police said they had foiled on Thursday.
In a statement on its Web site Britain's central bank
, acting on instructions from the government, ordered the freezing of their financial assets.
