AlUla Governorate is one of the ideal destinations in Ramadan, as it offers a distinguished atmosphere, picturesque natural locations, streets and shops mixed with the flavour of the past, and the dim lights of the old town, which help reduce light pollution. Visitors to the governorate enjoy palm oases within the old town, Ramadan food and drinks, shopping local and international products, and a variety of Ramadan events and activities that last throughout the holy month. Several markets in the governorate display fruit and vegetables, as well as home-made foodstuff and crafts. The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) documented these Ramadan vibes in the governorate, having visited various shops, fields, landmarks and palm oases.
