The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, met today with Dr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Asimi, Director General of the Arab Bureau of Education for GCC States (ABEGS). During the meeting, the GCC Secretary General emphasized the critical role of education in strengthening the GCC's direction and equipping it with knowledge, research, and studies aligned with the fundamental objectives of the GCC and following the decisions of the leaders of the GCC countries. The two sides also discussed ways to enhance Gulf cooperation in education among the GCC countries.
