HRH Crown Prince Arrives in State of Qatar on an Official Visit

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, arrived in the State of Qatar today on an official visit.
Upon his arrival at Doha International Airport, HRH the Crown Prince was received by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.
HRH the Crown Prince was also received by Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Personal Representative of the Emir of the State of Qatar; Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar; Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the accompanying Minister; Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee; Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Head of the Emiri Court; Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan, Saudi Ambassador to the State of Qatar; and Bandar bin Mohammad Al Attiyah, Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
An official reception ceremony was held for HRH the Crown Prince, where the Saudi Royal and Qatari Emiri anthems were played, and then reviewed the guard of honor.
After that, HRH the Crown Prince went to the People's Assembly, where a number of citizens of the State of Qatar greeted His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
HRH the Crown Prince and the Emir of the State of Qatar presided over the sixth meeting of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council.
At the outset, the Emir of Qatar welcomed HRH the Crown Prince on his current visit to the State of Qatar, while HRH the Crown Prince expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Emir of Qatar for the warm reception and generous hospitality.
During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, while Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani conveyed his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of relations between the two brotherly countries, and ways to enhance cooperation in various fields, as well as the latest developments in regional and international events and the efforts made in their regard.
At the conclusion of the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and the Emir of the State of Qatar signed the record of the meeting of the sixth session of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council.
The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture; Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammad Al-Aiban; Acting Minister of Commerce and Minister of Information Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi; Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih; Minister of Finance Mohammad Al-Jadaan; Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal bin Fadel Al-Ibrahim; and Head of General Intelligence, Khalid Al-Humaidan.
On the Qatari side, it was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani; and Adviser to the Emir of the State of Qatar for Economic Affairs Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammad Al Thani; Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari; Minister of Sports and Youth Saleh bin Ghanem Al-Ali; Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani; Head of the State Security Agency Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Khalifa; Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida Al-Kaabi; Minister of Transportation Jassim bin Saif Al-Sulaiti; Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Thani, and Qatar's ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bandar bin Muhammad Al-Attiyah.
