His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received at the Royal Court at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah today Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. At the outset of the official meeting HRH Crown Prince held with the Emir of the State of Qatar, HRH the Crown Prince welcomed the Emir of the State of Qatar and his accompanying delegation in Saudi Arabia, conveying the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. In turn, the Emir of the State of Qatar sent his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, expressing happiness to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and meet with HRH the Crown Prince. HRH Crown Prince and the Emir of the State of Qatar exchanged felicitations on the occasion of the advent of blessed Eid Al-Fitr (Post-Ramadan holy Breakfasting ceremony), praying to God Almighty to accept worshipping and good deeds of everyone and restore this blessed occasion to the Islamic nation with pride, empowerment, more progress and prosperity. During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, aspects of bilateral cooperation in various fields and ways to enhance and develop them were reviewed and regional and international developments, including the efforts exerted in this regard, were discussed. The official talks meeting was attended by Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Cabinet's Member; Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammad Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Cabinet's Member and Advisor of National Security; and Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan, Governor of Public Investments Fund. On the Qatari side, the meeting was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Jowaan bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatari Olympic Committee; Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani; Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani; Chief of the Amiri Court; and Ali bin Ahmed Al-Kawari, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Acting Minister of Finance.
