Saudi newspapers have shed the light in their editorials today on a number of issues at local, regional and international levels. In its editorial titled 'The Fulcrum of the Nation's Stability', Al Riyadh Newspaper has hailed the deeply rooted Saudi-Egyptian relation, describing it as the basis and guarantee of regional stability and security, adding that cooperation and coordination between the two key Arab countries, especially during times of political instability, has had its immense contributions to establishing a solid Arab front and position on a number of regional and international issues. The daily added that the Riyadh-Cairo coordination is now at its best with their relationship witnessing significant improvement and progress like never before thanks to the harmony between the leaderships of the two countries and their common vision on a number of regional and international matters, including the war on terrorism, external interference in Arab countries, Syria, Yemen, Libya and Iraq as well as the Palestinian cause. The newspaper also said that a constant Riyadh-Cairo coordination is a necessity and an urgent matter in light of the increasing threats the Arab world is facing from international terrorism and cross-border extremism. The daily also highlighted the importance of coordination and cooperation between the Saudi and Egyptian leaderships in enhancing the inter-Arab relations and joint Arab action on a number of regional and international issues. In an editorial titled 'Iran's Threats and the International Position', Al Yaum Newspaper said that the ongoing condemnations of the Arab and Islamic worlds and the international community to Iran's threats and its proxies' crimes and violations constitute a global rejection of the Tehran regime's attitude and systematic support of terrorism and outlawed militants, calling for more intensified international efforts to put an end to Iran's threats and curb its expansion and penetration "before it is too late." Al Yaum Newspaper also said that the Iran-backed Houthi terrorists' ongoing targeting of civilians and civil objects in Saudi Arabia's Khamis Mushait and other regions using bomb-laden UAVs and their rejection of the ceasefire initiative in Yemen all re-emphasize the Iranian regime's sectarian and fanatic attitude and policies which undoubtedly proves Tehran's inability to become a natural international community member with statements of good intentions from Iranian officials sometimes are nothing but more maneuvering and lies to be added to Iran's long history of deception and evil intentions. The newspaper urged a swift and decisive international action to put an end to the Iranian terrorism and protect the world from Tehran's threats.
