Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues on local, regional, and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Saudi diplomacy is a tribute to the international community for its strength, balance and transparency, thus, we find that the countries of the world strive to establish close relations with the Kingdom. The newspaper said that HRH Crown Prince's tour, which began in Pakistan and includes India and China respectively, comes in the framework of closer strategic partnerships already existing with these countries and an emphasis on furthering their objectives and developing their mechanisms in line with the common interests of all parties. Al-Yaum and Okaz newspapers said in their editorials on Iran that, as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs stressed yesterday at a news conference with his Pakistani counterpart, it is strange that the Iranian regime is accusing the Pakistani government of involvement in the attack on the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in the Iranian city of Zahedan, while the Iranian regime is in fact a haven to terrorists, and the first sponsor of terrorism in the world. The newspapers said that Iran's terrorism has reached its peak through its declared and direct threats to the security and stability of Arab countries and the world, adding these threats have led to the imposition of international sanctions on the regime of Iran to prevent it from extending its terrorist aftershocks to many countries and countries in the West and East.
