U.S. stocks jumped Tuesday, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 30.30, or 0.1 percent, to 31,832.74.
The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 54.09, or 1.4 percent, to 3,875.44.
The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index rose 464.66, or 3.7 percent, to 13,073.83.
