Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always paid intensive attention to the Two Holy Mosques and the Holy sites, as the Two Holy Mosques received special and continuous attention since the era of the late founder, and up to the prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The newspaper said that the exceptional interest in the Grand Mosque was translated into eight projects, which were under the supervision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. During the past six years, these projects included the renovation of marble, lanterns and stone, the completion of the simultaneous translation of the Friday sermons of the Two Holy Mosques, the maintenance of the Holy Kaaba, And the maintenance of the shrine of the Prophet Abraham, the translation of Arafat Day Sermon, the renovation of Zamzam well and the launch of Doyof Al Rahman Program and Haramain project. The third expansion of the Grand Mosque, which is the largest in the history of Saudi expansions, came to accommodate more than 1.7 million worshippers, the newspaper added. The great interest in the expansion projects of the Two Holy Mosques has always been appreciated by the Islamic world, peoples and governments, which always affirm that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spared no effort to serve the holy sites, the newspaper concluded. In another context, Al-Bilad newspaper said in its editorial that the industrial sector is witnessing remarkable and rapid development to achieve Vision 2030 that aim at expanding the components of sustainable development and supporting the national economy with new promising sectors, as the National Industries Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) was launched to enhance the diversification of the economic base and non-oil exports. In the same context, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones is working to promote the industrial process according to a long-term future vision that is sufficiently flexible, while the Saudi Industrial Development Fund continues its pioneering activity in developing the local sector and keeping pace with developments, through integration with government agencies. The Saudi Export Development Authority (SAUDI EXPORTS) is also implementing "Made in Saudi" program to enhance the citizens' pride in the local product. The government also supports the development of family enterprises, small factories and productive families, in addition to focusing on manufacturing and export policy.
