Ministry of Agriculture lifts ban on import of live animals from Romania

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has lifted its temporary ban on the importation of live animals of the cow and sheep for slaughter from Romania.
Director General of the Department of Animal Risk Assessment at the ministry Dr. Sanad Al-Harbi said that ban lifting was based on the report of the Saudi technical team, which visited Romania, recommending to lift the ban.
