AGFUND Approves Funding Technical Support of Bank of The Poor in Palestine, Mauritania

The Board of Directors of the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND) held its regular meeting here today.
On behalf of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of AGFUND, the meeting was headed by Engineer Yousef bin Ibrahim Al-Bassam, the AGFUND Vice President, the representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AGFUND and the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fund for Development.
AGFUND agreed to finance the technical support of the Bank of The Poor in both Palestine and Mauritania, as well as to support the spirit of entrepreneurship in development among women in Laos.
