Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND), has stressed that "the poor need someone to take their hands out of destitution circle, but do not need those whoever wants them to be fuel for the conflicts and ambitions that promote mania which distorts the true religion and disturbs production." This came in a speech delivered, on behalf of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, by Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, his personal representative, on the sidelines of AGFUND Prize Handing over Ceremony 2013, which was held here last night in the presence of a number of members of the Moroccan government; Saudi Ambassador to Morocco, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Judea; heads of development societies and a number of Ambassadors. Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz announced that Morocco will host the 10th bank of AGFUND to join its banks for the poor in Jordan, Yemen, Bahrain, Syria, Lebanon, Senegal, Sudan, Palestine and Mauritania, indicating that the successful march of AGFUND's banks for the poor on the ground is the primary catalyst for more expansion and proliferation of such banks.
