Crown Prince Chairs Cabinet's Session 2 Riyadh

The General Auditing Bureau shall be authorized to approve any claim not exceeding the amount of (three million riyals).
2- Minister of Finance shall be authorized to approve any claim over the amount of (three million riyals) and not exceeding (ten million riyals) on the recommendation of two specialist staff of the Ministry of Finance and the General Auditing Bureau of ranks not less than grade 12.
3- Any claim exceeding (ten million riyals) shall be seen by the Council of Ministers.
