German investor confidence posted a decline again in March, reflecting increasing uncertainty over the latest events in Ukraine and Russia, dpa reported. The keenly watched indicator gauging the mood among analysts and institutional investors dropped 9.1 points to 46.6 in March, the ZEW institute said in Mannheim Tuesday. "The Crimea crisis is putting a strain on Germany's economic outlook," ZEW president Clemens Fuest said. The economic upturn was currently not in danger, however.
