Japanese shares fell Tuesday for the fourth consecutive day of decline as export-linked issues were dragged down by the yen's rise and concerns about China's economy. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average lost 39.15 points, or 0.44 per cent, to end at 8,857.73 while the broader-based Topix index was down 5.33 points, or 0.7 per cent, at 758.6, according to a report of DPA.
