AL-AHSA — An Arab boy died from electrocution by a street lamp in a public park here on Tuesday. Eastern Province Police spokesman Capt. Othman Al-Ghamdi said doctors are performing an autopsy on the boy to ascertain the cause of death of the 12-year-old boy. The police informed the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and the municipality about the incident. The municipality shut down the park temporarily to avoid any more incidents. The park will reopen once SEC repairs the glitch which caused the electrocution.
