JEDDAH — The Saudi hospitality is one of the fastest growing markets, with most companies offering products and services in the hospitality industry watching closely the Saudi sector for their growth.
Among these is Stylis Hotel Solutions company which is at the forefront in providing superior fit-out solutions for hotel owners and hotel chains throughout the region.
Hesham Ibrahim, CEO of Stylis, said “when a client decides on a Stylis solution, he can be guaranteed that we have considered every aspect of the work in hand, such as comfort, ergonomics, space optimization and overall costs. We consider our design style to be a mixture of modern contemporary with an oriental feel. However, the flexibility of our carefully designed modular system allows for infinite choices to fit any space or area. For example, the modular system that Stylis designed has recently been successfully installed in projects such as the Bay La Sun Hotel in King Abdullah Economic City for Emaar, and also at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Jeddah.”
Stylis has several years of experience in manufacturing and supplying furniture specifically suited to the hospitality industry. Recently, the company successfully installed several large scale Hotel Projects such as Pearl Hotel in Makkah for which Stylis provided the fit-out for both the public area and guest rooms. Providing furniture for large scale projects such as the Pearl Hotel, which exceeds 1000 guest rooms, is easily and efficiently delivered and installed, on time, due to the size and capacity of the manufacturing facility situated in Krosno, Poland. The benefit of the factory being situated in Europe ensures well-organized distribution for projects anywhere in the world. One of the most innovative technologies implemented in the new factory is the technology for veneering curved elements with a laser. Straight line veneering has been known in the market for several years, but the technology for curvilinear elements is a new thing globally and allows us to compete in quality with the best manufacturers in the world. The factory, covering 24 000m2, involves not only the production floor, but also a modern office space.
The company continues to provide interior solutions to hotel owners and currently, Stylis is involved in several projects in Jeddah which include the new Casablanca Hotel, Raddison Blu and Al Rawdah Hotels and elsewhere in the Kingdom, a Novotel, Hilton and Executive Hotel.
Early 2015 saw Stylis-Poland expand its office in Krosno to include a showroom to cater to the needs of the clients in Europe. Subsequent to this, Stylis- Dubai has recently moved to new premises in the prestigious JBC in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. These new offices include a 1024m2 showroom and showcase the various interior solutions and finishing options provided by Stylis.
Stylis continues to embrace the hospitality boom in KSA, providing beautiful, functional furniture that adds its own unique feel and character to each space. Stylis furniture incorporates all the essential components such as modern technology combined with clever design. What sets Stylis apart from the regular furniture supplier is that the machinery used in the factory is more advanced producing high- pressurized laminated furniture essential to the contract market. As an additional benefit, Stylis guarantee availability of all spare parts and a 5-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
