AlKhudair, CEO of Glowork the organizers of the “A Step Ahead” Career Fair and Forum. “Each of our participating companies were also featuring key jobs for women and we are pleased to say more than 540 jobs were secured on the spot with interviews and job offers being done during the exhibition and post event follow up this number is expected to reach 3,000 jobs as per the updates received from the participants. This is the level of interaction and delivery we would like to further build on bringing together the job seekers with the potential employers in an arena of self development and job prospects.”

“A Step Ahead” Career Fair and Forum concluded its third cycle with plans underway for 2016, event expected to take place during the month of April of that year, and further program innovation and development to enhance job opportunities and build on the society and job market needs for women. “This is the first time we host A Step Ahead outside of Riyadh and the feedback and program achievements were exceptional.
The Dammam and Jeddah sessions proved a major success and along with HRDF, our partners and participating companies we are assessing needs as per each area to insure our services and delivery achieves the targets.
