RIYADH — Prominent Indian business community members gathered at Iftar and the dinner hosted by Titans World Group at Saffron Restaurant here recently. Chief Guest Owais Ahmad, President Indian Business Forum (IBF), said there is lot of opportunities for doing business in the Kingdom and the market has a lot of potential in every field. He said the Indian Business Forum always welcomes new members. Ahmad announced that soon IBF will be hosting a program to highlight the opportunities. He thanked Sartaj Farooqui and Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Ali for inviting him as chief guest. Salam Zubedi also spoke on this occasion and highlighted the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan. Nasar Aboobacker, CEO of Dubai-based supermarket chain Al Madina Group that entered the Kingdom's retail market last February, said his (investment) is nearly SR50 million. He welcomed Titans Group in the business and thanked for inviting him. Aboobacker is an ex-employee of Nesto hypermarket. Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Ali, general manager, introduced the Titans World Group and conducted the proceedings while Sartaj Farooqui, CEO, welcomed the audience and dignitaries. Prominent businessman Mir Muzafar Ali, General Manager, Jhain Jewellers and large number of business community members were present. Floral bouquets were also presented to the guests.
