Mobily honors staff who completed university studies during their service

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) celebrated its employees in Customer Care Department who have completed their undergraduate studies and received a bachelor's degree during their service. This took place in a ceremony held in Mobily's Customer Care Office in the Eastern Province.
The graduates expressed their thanks to Mobily in return of the considerable support they received during the period of their studies, and stressed that customer care management has always encouraged its employees to exploit their potential to obtain higher academic degrees. The employees benefited from of the leave given to them by Mobily at the time of the exams, in addition to the continuous encouragement and moral support which had a very positive impact on the graduates.
Faiez Awadh, Chief Human Resources Officer at Mobily, honored the employees who obtained a bachelor's degree in various disciplines such as business administration, public relations, media and other specialties. The total number of graduated employees reached 36 employees, managed to obtain their degrees from various universities in the Kingdom. Faiez Awadh expressed his pleasure for the employees on this academic degree and wished them success in their future career, and to get higher academic degrees. He pointed out that the graduates will be enrolled in the human resources development program, which will enable them in the future to obtain leadership positions within the company.
"We are always keen to support and polarize the national competencies, and provide them with professional business environment. As part of our responsibilities toward the employee, we properly choose training programs that enables him to develop his capabilities," he noted. — SG
