RIYADH — White Star CC cruised to victory over Bhera Tigers by 3 wickets in fourth round matches of the MoneyGram Cricket Ke Badshah Tournament, organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) under the auspices of Saudi Cricket Centre (SCC) and sponsored by MoneyGram Transfer Service.

Hayer League (T20)

Batting first, Bhera Tigers piled up 161 against White Star CC. Umer took 3 wickets, while Rizwan and Asif got 2 each. White Star CC chased down the target in 19.2 overs. Umer top scored with 62.

Grundfos were downed by Lahore Badshah Green by 26 runs. Lahore Badshah Green put on 212 through Owais (75), Zeshan (53) and Atif (48 not out). Talal took 3 wickets. Grundfos were restricted to 186. Fahim and Talal scored 40 each. Wasim took 3 wickets and Jafar 2.

Aisco CC humbled Tigers by 36 runs. Aisco tallied a massive 253. Amjad smashed 105 and Shehzad 36. Upol and Faraz took 3 wickets each. Tigers batted well too and scored 217. Mujahid top scored with 91 and Alvi mustered 31. Ishraf took three wickets, while Shahid and Shehzad claimed 2 each.

Green Bangla defeated Kingdom Warriors by 7 runs. Green Bangla scored 187. Zakir (65) and Alamin (45) battted well. Adil, Abid and Farhan grabbed 2 wickets each. Kingdom Warriors fought well but were restricted to 180. Zeeshan top scored with 66. Mithun got 3 wickets.

Kashmir Strikers were beaten by Riyadh Fighters by 41 runs. Riyadh Fighters posted 204. Hameed top scored with 43. Mushtaq took 3 wickets, while Sabzar got 2. Kashmir Strikers' batsmen failed and they managed 163. Shabir hit 53 and Khurram 38. Majid, Imran, Younis and Bilal claimed 2 wickets each.

Riyadh Royals thrashed Indian Strikers by 46 runs. Riyadh Royals compiled 187 through Fakher (66) and Majid (46). Shihab and Sunil took 4 wickets each. Indian Strikers scored 141. Aneesh made 56 and Sunil 31. Shoaib sent 4 players back to the pavilion and Arshad 2.

L'usine CC lost a cliffhanger to Pak Eagles by 7 runs. Pak Eagles openers produced 240 in an unbeaten opening partnership. Farooq Khan smashed 112 and Altaf Tahir 102. L'usine batsman fought hard and scored 233. Gamage top scored with 64 and Faizan played well for his 40. Shah Zamin picked up 2 wickets.

Diriyah League (T20)

Kashmir-XI trounced Youngsters CC by 8 wickets. Youngsters CC piled up 130. Zahid scored 29. Ishfaq and Shabir took 4 and 3 wickets, respectively. Kashmir-XI chased down the target for loss of 2 wickets. Altaf (53) and Shabir (37) took the team to victory.

Strikers were crushed by Challengers-XI by 40 runs. Challengers-XI put on 208. Adeel smashed 112 and Sony 57. Strikers were restricted to 168 in 18.4 overs. Waleed top scored with 28. Nasir and Rino took 3 wickets each, while Sony and Thirumani got 2 each.

Royal Strikers flattened Punjab Stars by 20 runs. Royal Strikers rallied 159. Asif took 3 wickets, while Rustum and Yasir claimed 2 each. Punjab Stars fumbled to 139. Rustum (38) and Asif (25) batted well.
